During my Easter stay, I appreciated the nice breakfast provided by the hotel and the hot water that was available in the shower. Additionally, the garden was well-maintained and added a pleasant atmosphere to the property. The hotel’s location was also great, allowing for easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

Firstly, the staff lacked the ability to communicate in any language other than Portuguese, leading to some difficulty in discussing certain matters. Moreover, some of the clerks had poor customer service skills. Additionally, over the course of my three-day stay, my room was never cleaned, and the hotel’s wifi was often slow and unreliable. Considering the price paid per night, I had expected better service.
